Mark West
is a sole practitioner in San Gabriel, where he practices in plaintiff personal injury and wrongful death, products liability law, medical malpractice, and business civil litigation. He has published several articles and frequently lectures. Mr. West is admitted to practice in the Northern, Central and Southern U.S. District courts in California; Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; and Supreme Court of the United States. He has also been admitted pro hac vice in the state and U.S. District Court for Nevada, and the U.S. District Court for Minnesota. Mr. West is a member of the American and Los Angeles County bar associations, State Bar of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California (past legislative district coordinator), and American Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his B.S. degree from New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University) and his J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law.

Jonathan P. Saxton
is a partner at Rendigs, Fry, Kiely & Dennis. He is the team leader for the insurance and general litigation group. Mr. Saxton's practice focuses on litigation, which encompasses matters involving serious personal injury and wrongful death claims, product liability, fire losses, mold claims, toxic torts, and class actions. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Miami and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Mr. Saxton is admitted to practice law in Ohio, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Steven Fifield
has been practicing personal injury law for more than 15 years. He brings a wealth of experience in car wreck litigation and premises liability actions and is one of the most knowledgeable workers’ compensation plaintiff attorneys in Tennessee. Mr. Fifield earned his B.A. degree from Western Michigan University, receiving department honors for his thesis on substance abuse policy in the State of Michigan. He earned his J.D. degree from Michigan State University College of Law, where he served as an associate editor of the Journal of Medicine & Law. While at Michigan State, Mr. Fifield co-founded the Law and Economics Society. He is admitted to practice law in Tennessee.

Jed Kurzban
is an attorney and managing partner for the law firm Kurzban Kurzban Tetzeli & Pratt, P.A. He concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability and personal injury. He is admitted to practice by The Florida Bar and Hawaii State Bar Association, and before the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida, U.S. Court of Appeals Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court, District of Hawaii. Mr. Kurzban is also the author of How Justice is Served and a member of the Dade County Bar Association, The Florida Bar, American Association for Justice, Florida Justice Association, The National Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. He served as vice chair of the Dade County Bar Association Trial Section and on the Board of Directors for the Florida Justice Association. Mr. Kurzban also lobbied in Tallahassee for issues relating to medical malpractice and victim rights. He has also published several articles in the Florida Bar Journal and the FJA Journal, and given multiple lectures on topics relating to personal injury, auto negligence, medical malpractice and civil litigation. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Alabama and his J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law where he was an adjunct instructor teaching pre-litigation tactics at the University of Miami School of Law.
